Refund Policy

At Velstra Boutique™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, and the item(s) must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange request if the item(s) are not in their original condition.

Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable: Gift cards, downloadable software, digital products, and any items marked as final sale.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please email us at contactluminatoday@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at contactluminatoday@gmail.com, and we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Changes to Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at velstraboutique@gmail.com.
